AI at Work: Lessons from Leading Companies

AI is rapidly becoming part of everyday work across industries. But how are organisations using AI today, and what lessons can we learn from the ones leading the way? Join us on March 11 for AI at Work: Lessons from Leading Companies, an interactive event co-hosted by the Young Professionals at The Hong Kong Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Presenting Companies

Legora(スウェーデン)

Legora is one of the world’s leading legal tech companies, building a collaborative AI workspace used by thousands of lawyers to review massive document sets, draft directly in Word, and run deep research across internal and external sources. All with enterprise‑grade security. By integrating seamlessly into real legal workflows, Legora is rapidly becoming the platform that top firms rely on to work faster, think sharper and deliver higher‑impact results.

Uzabase(日本)

A leading Japanese business intelligence company, known for services such as Speeda and NewsPicks, is driving a transformation with its Speeda AI Agent—shifting from traditional data search to AI-powered intelligence. This evolution goes beyond conventional information gathering, enabling autonomous competitive analysis and market research that deliver insights directly connected to decision-making. The session will also compare China’s policy-driven approach to AI promotion with Japan’s more focused and selective adoption strategies, highlighting the diverse ways AI is being utilized across Asia. Industry-specific case studies of AI applications will be introduced, offering perspectives on how companies can navigate the rapidly changing strategic environment in the region.

Each keynote is followed by small-group discussions, giving you the opportunity to share experiences, explore challenges and exchange practical solutions. The evening concludes with a networking after‑work.
